did some marching at gbhq.. den at ard 1040? went off to suntec city. now our holding area is air con-ed! :D woohoo!

had lunch at 12++ 1? chicken, mashed potato, baked beans, fish nuggets and bread. quite okay luh.. shortly after we finished our lunch we went for the first round of practice.. thought it wont be the full run.. but it was kinda? like 3/4 of it.

finished alr, as we were walking back, michelle [from another coy] still had loads of energy in her! she was singing and dancing while the rest of us were like.. ._. how come you still got so much energy left.. o.o?

went back to our holding area.. did some stuffs den had dinner. at 430! so early! somemore after we came back from marina bay, mich and i went to get some old chankee free food[saw mingzhang!]. the uncle gave me curry puff. soya bean was nice too! very cold and sweet :D

anw had kfc for dinner. mich and i couldnt really finish them.. =\
super full luh.. somemore i was also super thirsty so my stomach had alot of water in it. XD

after dinner went for the 2nd and last round for today. full run! nobody fainted. i think. i accidentally made the girl in-front-of me-the cap to drop! whoops. =x sorryyy.

anw, it was super tiring. legs like gna burst any time liddat. haha =\

after the last round, bused to lavendar mrt.. sang vesper there.. LOL. like in the middle of some grass patch field you see a group of gb girls..
went j8 with mich after that. had tako pachi and bubbletea! while eating suddenly rachel [church friend] came up to me, screamed and smacked me. -,- gave me a shock. thought who the heck was that luh. lols. after that walked home.. feet super duper pain hahah.

we were at long john's silver eating lunch! mel, joey, alex, bryan, louis, benjamin, nat, noel and me :D liyana, zena, abigail and cass were at the other end): anw, i rmb they played fall for you! liyana and i were like singing to it.. :D

on the way back to school in the bus, i think ragu said that nat has like.. 130+ bites? ><" and hanesh has none. mel also.. not fairr. haha. until now the bites are still itchy.. and pain =\ muststopscratching!

argh. i miss obs and battuta. all the new friends i've made there. not sure when we can meet up again and do all those crazy stuff.

just now during pe after the girls have finished taking our height and weight, yasmine cass and i went like.. ziinngggggggg!
2 vs 1. but still draw.. super funny! i want the whole of battuta and cook to do that! :DD

monday went to eat breakfast at macs with amirah pretty and desmond!
thats the only thing i can rmb bout the first day of school?

oh! they changed timetable. teachers all still the same. esp maths. ohyes! speaking of mathss, mr haw hasn't been going to school since mondayy! so it's been like.. free periods for both e and a math. 9 in total so far. which kinda suck? because when he comes back, he'll be rushing like mad. and when he rushes, all the more we wont understand since we dont really understand him in the first place when he's not even rushing at all.
especiallyyyy amath! we were already behind time before the common tests. so it'll surely be a mad rush for him/us when he comes back! ok i think more of mad rush for us cos we're the ones who needs to understand.. while he just needs to teach..

ok i can rmb some stuff bout today. there was math! but not mr haw. mr reggie lim kinda took over? gave us a test. couldnt really do the last question.
stayed back after physics, for council stuff.. met shalin and victoria at the cabana. then moved to the canteen. actually we were done quite early. but stella wanted us to wait for her functions 1 meeting to be over. the pure lit people came out, ah soh was there. haha. ok to cut the long story short, i did something i regretted doing. like.. i'll regret it for the rest of my life. dont wna think about it. hopefully nth will happen tomorrow. ><" i really felt guilty so i went home. anw i dont wna be home too late too.

Church Camp
Can’t really remember what happened. Too many things just happened during the June holidays. But I got quite a few pics though! Will post them up soon? Some are still with becky.

GB ATC ‘08
Same group as seokyin! Kindness. We gta finish up all our food for every single meal. Mel and I thought that we could lose some weight during this camp. But I think is more of put on weight. Haha. But we did run around quite a lot. 1st day of camp and most of our legs muscle started to ache already. @_@ had high achievers talk again. The sec 3s went through that workshop before luh. Zz.. anw coach Sabrina was quite fun. YO INDIA! Ahahha. And the 3 smiles. :D anw, mich and I missed the fun wet games on sat cos we had ndp. Ohwells. Had enight. Loved it. Ms foo shared with us about Cambodia and the children suffering there. We then sang Making a Difference. It made me teared. I dunno why. Was just so touched by ms foo’s sharing. I want to go to Cambodia at the end of this year and make a difference in their lives. (:

OBS!
Woke up at 615 on Monday. Felt quite tired and sian-ed of going for so many camps. But I was still looking forward to OBS. :D anw gathered in school. Mr lai told us about the quary jump that he did. He said it was about 10 stories high? He was practically trying to scare us. Haha. The bus was late =\ when we finally reached, saw quite a lot of schools there. Slowly, we made our way to pulau ubin. Waited quite long for the instructors. So we played the monkey leader game. Once I was the monkey leader but amirul didn’t catch me! So he had to do a forfeit : tell a girl that she’s pretty. Or something like that. Hahaha super funny. :D
After a while, we were divided into our groups): separation of kcp. I was in Battuta! Weird name uh. But nice. I like! Our instructor was alex tan. BEST INSTRUCTOR EVER K! my groupmates were cass, jeevanesh, hanesh, alex soh, kazziah, zakiah, Jacob, roheed, jaz, jianzhong, serena, joel, si wei, wan yee and cailing. Love them lots!

We surrendered all our phones and wallets. Then took group pic! It wasn’t really very nice cos we din even know each other yet! But we all still ordered both the photos.
We were brought to the outside of the instructors’ lodge where alex went somewhere to go something while we were supposed to get to know each other. We only said our names and cca. And started throwing leaves and each other? That’s how we bond. :B
Then, when uncle alex came out, he tested us. Like.. how many siblings does zakiah have. Or sth. And if you cant answer his question, he’d draw something on your face. XD I kena-ed on my right cheek. Lucky one line only and can rub off somemore. :D

We then got some appointments. Like, the IC for the day. Food rations ICs, store IC…etc.

Cass and I were the food rations IC. Thought it would be quite an easy job? But noooo it wasn’t! quite stress and tiring. Haha. Like, gta think of what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were trying to follow the table they gave. But, was quite hard? Because our groupmates don really eat a lot. So towards the end of the course we just ate what they want and what we have. lolls. We went to collect and count the food. Put them into the 3 food bins provided. Then, we took out all the tents and ground sheets and ponchos. Folded them and it started to drizzle a lil. So went indoors to the mph and alex started teaching us how to pitch the tents and how to wear the harnesses. We got the older version going-to-extinct kind of tents. They look bigger than the newer ones. But they were harder to pitch too.

Aye, I cant remember what happened next. I shall just write what i can remember:D

Getting ready for hiking and staying in that public campsite was really confusing. Like, I was really confused on what to pack in. anyways, with the help of Cassandra, we finally packed our stuff into one bag! So she carried our stuff and I carried the food bag. It was reallyyyy heavy. All the canned foods and stuff. Could barely even lift them from the floor. The hike was really tiring. About 3 hours? We got kinda lost. But we finally found the first check point. Actually we didn’t. uncle alex said it dropped off or sth. So we just did the task. Which was to stand in one circle and use ur right hand to throw to the person on your right and catch the pebble/stone from the person on your left. We were supposed to do it for 5 consecutive times. But we could barely do it once! Finally, after about 30+ times we all managed to catch it. We tried again until we all caught it for another 2 more times den we were cleared.
We walked on and found another check point! :D was supposed to sing a song from the radio. So we sang the chorus of Jenny by The Click Five.
When we reached the campsite, we started pitching our tents. Since the ground was hard, we had to use heavy rocks to hold the tents down. It was dark when we could finally eat our dinner. Magi mee as usual. Haha. After the whole of Camp 2 Bravo [consisting of battuta, cook, costeau and junko] finished washing up, cook’s instructor briefed us bout our sea expedition the next day. They plan to start off early at I think 730? So we had to wake up at 5+, to unpitch our tents, packed our stuff, cleared the campsite, brought down all the kayaks and filled our waterbottles. Slept at 11+? Woke up at 12am to do sentry [sp?] duty. Louis, Benjamin and Amirul were awake. They had a mini campfire and burning whatever they could find to keep them awake? Haha. Gave them my milo packet. Don’t think I’ll be needing it anways. Heard that louis din sleep for the whole night! Mad. Haha. We did until ard 1215/1220? Den went back to sleep. The next shift people were already awake so we didn’t have to wake them up. :D

Next morning, damn tired. Anw we set off and started our sea expedition! It was quite challenging and tiring. Kayaked for 7 hours. 7km. and we broke the record! 10 capsizes when the sea was calm. Some capsized for fun cos they felt hot, or cause their kayak had lotsssss of water, while some were cause people banged into them. Heh. I didn’t pee for that whole 7 hours cos I din wna get off the kayak into the sea and pee while ur friends are waiting for you to finish doing your business so that they can help you to get back on. Ok wait. I just realized I didn’t pee for more than those 7 hours! [omg how unhealthy can I get! But i’m sure im not the only one yeah!] I also din pee when after we started off to hike! Cos it was a public toilet.. just one grass patch with bushes for you to hide yourself.

Anyways, I know jeevanesh was also holding on to his pee. LOL! Waited until we reached campsite 1 den let it all go.. *ahhhh~
Battuta and Cook shared the same field to pitch our tents. Camp 2 Bravo had some games in the hall. Quite fun, just that battuta din win anything. But it’s okay. At least we had fun! Ohyes, when we were waiting for the games to start, a lot of us were itching and scratching! Haha. So we kinda became the scratching club. Had dinner! Whoa we were all so amazed at the food! For the first time we had someone to help us cook our meals! Yummaye! The drink was awesomness too! We also have proper plates, bowl, fork, spoon, jugs and a tray! :O
Uncle alex did some activity with us.. where we would go round asking our group members to write something good and bad about us. So that we would know our weaknesses and strengths. There was also a dog who kept coming to our group! Haha. We also played a game where we had to remember each other’s fav movie, colour, food, sports..etc. if you lose, they can spray water at you using a water gun! Each of us went up 2 times and both of the times I lost! rawr. Anw quite fun luh. Did our journals and went to our tents. Since it was still kinda early, we played dare or dare! The bottle pointed at Ah Soh [alex soh] ! we asked him to be a gay and propse to a guy in cook. And guess what, the guy accepted! Haha! Ah soh is a gay! He said it himself too even before we played the game. LOL. Another one that was the victim of the game was Cassandra! She had to propose [why all propose de.] to Joel! Since it was a game, Joel could have just went with the game and said yes right, but he took that question seriously and took so long to reply her. We got bored of waiting for his answer so we went to sleep first. The next morning, both battuta and cook were about 15 min late for reporting/flag raising! We all rushed out of our tents and quickly went to the flagstaff there. Had flag raising and did 5BX and ran rounds.

Cant remember what happened after that? But I rmb we had did rafting. Had fun building up the raft. Quite a diff raft compared to nz’s. nz used tyres and ropes while obs used pipes, barrels and ropes. When we went into the water, we were all in painnnn. Cos our skin were all raw and the salt water didn’t really help much. Anw we lost to junko cos we were very disorganized. Didn’t have time to plan properly before setting off. And the rafting was so short! Took like.. 1 hour to build up the raft and less than half an hour to use it. Lol. Anw, after rafting was jetty jump! Fun fun fun! I wanna do it again!

We then went to bathe. And guess what, since we didn’t bathe at the public campsite, cass and I just realized that we didn’t bring our shorts and towels! ARGHHHH! So we wore back our dry trackpants [for the 3rd time] and were totally drenched. Haha!

Did high elements. Fun! Did it with cassymak! All the girls + Jacob did the inside one, which I think is easier? When we finished tying the figure of 8 knot, we were quite confident and were ready to go! Uncle alex asked us if we were ready and we said yes.. then, I think ah soh told us that we didn’t have our helmets on! Haha! Super funny! We didn’t even thought of wearing any helmets. Dunno which joker go hide them. XD Yeah, anw the view was quite nice from the top. Sadly the both of us didn’t see the island. We just looked down? Heh. Lk and his friend was also climbing the same thing opposite us but they finished first. -,- lol. Good la good la. When we were done, our belayers [mine was Jacob! :D] lowered us down and our thighs there were really pain! Cass even had to stop halfway to sing herself a birthday song! I kinda forgot to say thankew to Jacob. So they reminded me. So I went like.. “oh! Thanks Jacob!” and Jacob’s reply was? “gracias!” LOL! Doesn’t gracias mean thankew? Ahahhaha. So cute!

We started packing and went to clean the swimming pool toilet, but it was already cleaned, so went back and hiked to campsite 2! Uncle said it was a 20 min walk. I carried 2 tents this time. Real heavy! Esp when it’s only 2 thin straps on your shoulders. The end of the walk was madness! 1 super steep slope! I kinda slid back down luh. Haha! But we felt so so happy when we finally made it to the top! :D lots of mosquitoes again! X_x uncle brought us to some place where we just chatted(: we then went to pitch our tents this time at a different field. It’s not climb up stairs but go down stairs. Haha! PITCHING TENTS THIS TIME WAS SO SO FUN! Ziggady, zakiah, cass and I were quite high! Esp when our 1st tent we pitched was a SUCCESSFUL one! Ziggady, cass and I created 2 dances in about 5 minute! One was the DISCO DANCE! Forgot what was the 2nd one. The one we didn’t create but followed was the emo dance! Super funny! We just went high high highhhh!~ ate dinner then battucook’s instructors brought us to the top field behind all the tall elements. It was a lil dark but could still see. We were supposed to go into a tunnel to do our reflections on 3 questions. 1) 3 thank yous 2) 1 sorry 3) commitments you want to do after this camp.
Cook’s guys went first. Then battutu’s guys then all the girls. While waiting, yasmine, cass and I were chatting all the way! Haha! Liyana wasn’t really talking cos I guess she was quite tired? Anyway, it was fun talking like that! Wished we could do it more often.

Anw the tunnel thing was quite okay? Hot and stuffy. Quite funny also! Suddenly someone ask what the time was. And someone’s stomach growled! HAHA! It was really funny esp since it was so dark and quiet inside. We could even hear the mosquito inside! Went out of the forest and wrote down our reflections. After that went to bathe and sleep! Sang birthday song to cass one last time(:

Last day of OBS!): played some chicken game with cook. From egg become chicken become eagle become dunno wad den become immortal. I managed to get through all the stages! Whoo! After that game we played something like a scissors paper stone game. But it was wizard, giant and…elf? I think. So it was like giant win wizard. Wizard win elf and elf win giant. The both groups won 2-2. so it was our final round. We discussed which action to do. Then, the instructor said.. 1-2-3! And both groups went “zinngggg!” which was wizard! Damn funny! So we discussed again.. and guess what! Both groups went zing again! Ahahahhah! V v v funny! So since both our groups drawed twice, we had to do the dodo bird dance. Retarded but funny(: we then went back to our 2 groups and went to clean the store, clear the bags and stuff.. all the ponchos and ground sheets had to be washed too. After we were done, we started exchanging contacts!:D uncle brought us to a quieter place where we would gather for the last time as a group. We thanked the 3 people we had to thank and said sorry to the 1 person. I almost cried. Was just moved. After the whole thing, we went to get our shirts and stuff. I bought 2 shirts and a pencil box. :D memories shall last forever!

We gave out our certs to each other. Like how we did in newzealand. Took photos too! Waiting for Cassandra to send them to me. All the groups gathered again like the 1st day. Had a so-called debrief? Den waited for the boats to come bring us back to Singapore! First 2 schools to go were Queensway and Westwood! Nutz! Both the schools got my group mates in it. I was so damn sad lah! Leaving and separating from each other after 5 days of bonding. I almost cried again. Hugged the girls and said goodbye to the guys. And battuta was left with only 5 kcp people.
Cass and jeevanesh pulled out my shoe soul [soul?] which was coming out.. so it left like.. 1 more last strip of red. Went to join yasmine where most of the kcp people were. And cass being the smart one purposely went to pull out the last remaining red strip! She pulled halfway den cannot already so char took over. -,- but… good in a way. Cos I’ll get to buy new sport shoes!! :D:D

Okay I’m done with my camps post. It’s quite long and messy. So sorry bout it but I want the memories to be kept somewhere.

went to sentosa yesterday with parents and bro. ate at sakae. but! the service kinda sucked and the food was very limited. ._. so the 4 of us shared 2 dishes. then we went over to eat ice cream. yummy! den went to palawan beach [i think] and eat again! but i didnt. to the beach next, just listened to music and read book. :D at ard 5++ 6? went to beach road and met uncle aunty grandmother and baby cousin to eat dinner. love the claypot rice there. :D bought some stuff for camps there.

ndp just now.. but we slacked alottt. for about 5 hours? only at 1+ did we start rehearsing. but the [two]rehearsals were very tiring. i coud sleep while standing! but i tried not to. hah. esp the 2nd round where we went through all the songs and stuff.. XD legs all numb also.. haha.. gta get used to it. after that went back to gb hq den mrt-ed home. (:

back from student council training camp yesterday.
learnt many many things and one big big lesson from this camp.

the high achievers talk was okay. coach elgin this time! he's fun and really really lame! lots of lame jokes ! one of them was when he asked who was from band, concert band or whatever. charolette raised her hand.. then coach elgin gave her a rubber band!
another was when he was drinking water.. he said really seriously as he was closing the bottle cap. you know.. when u all are feeling upset over something, you shouldnt bottle it up. hahah. -,-

one of the games we played was tuna factory! where we were lying on our stomachs on the floor right beside each other. the guys demo-ed for us. and jesmond was really funny! the aim of this game was to roll over each other until all of us had to roll pass the black line. my group girls were laughing all the way! it was really really funny. we even had time to pose for a pic. lols!

another game was.. uhhh.. i forgot the name. but amirah called it the questions game. we were split into 3 groups. i like our group! we were named red apple cos lk and noel wanted it. anw, the group consists of amirah, clara, yasmine, charolette, liyana, noel, lk, jemond and me.
it had 5 stages. 1st was clara and yasmine. word formation, where they had to come out with names and themes. 2nd was some drawing thing where amirah and lee kuang needed to draw the floor plan of our school. the 3rd stage involved the whole group. we had to come up with a new group name which represents the values and the things we liked. so we came up with trust the computer. haha! but we prefer red apple. :D
4th stage was noel and jesmond. it kinda involved mathematics. they were asked one question which my bro asked me before! the 5litres and 3litres one. anw, we were leading! and noel managed to come up with the solution. :D
the 5th stage involved the whole group again! our task? : to form a shape of an octopus. we lied face down at first. but coach elgin wanted us to face the ceiling and to move. so we all started wriggling our bodies. i was beside clara and we all were laughing our heads off! it was really super damn freaking funny! imagine our whole group wriggling our bodies as tentacles while lk was standing in the middle. HAHAHHAHA! coach elgin approved of it and we quickly ran back to our 'base'. i fell down): but it was still FUNFUNFUN! red apple rocks yea! :]

the next day, after the sec 2s broke camp alr, the sec 3s had our lunch and got on to the bus and start to head towards an undisclosed destination. we were like solving some crime scene. lmao! no lah, we were all trying to figure out where we going. mr koh said we'd be hiking. we figured he was lying cos mrs yap was with us and she din look like she was getting ready to hike. on the bus mr koh said they secretly arranged for all our parents to meet us at that place with our passports because we would be leaving singapore for a little while. -,- he was lying again obviously. then, the bus went towards vivo/sentosa! we all started to get excited and stuff. so we thought we were going to vivo den take the cable car to sentosa [leaving sing. wad right? haha!]and have fun! but, we were wrong. kinda. instead, mr koh told us we were just going to vivo city and were given one hour fifteen minutes. mr koh made it sound like it was an amazing race. cos he kept saying that we only had one objective : to shop and just walk ard. we all cheered and screamed! :D but some of us were really broke. like nurul had only $1.50. lols! sooo, the red apple gang went together! but at first, all of us headed to candy empire straight. :] din really get anything. the girls went into esprit and lost the guys. finished looking ard, we went 3rd level and found them again! lk called his mum to meet him so that he can buy sth. -,- in the end he didnt. haha. went to marks and spencer and got some biscuits and cookies! :D after that we went to the outside and took piccas! :D
at ard 115 we went back to the bus bay there. we were wondering where the teachers will be bringing us to next because the program said that we would break camp at 4. after getting up the bus, we all felt really tired and slept all the way back to....? SCHOOL! we discussed stuff bout the student centre. linking it to vivo? hahah.

after camp, char, liyana and i went to bbt! char chose to buy from the inside stall. BUT we regretted. char ordered mango red tea. but? the aunty gave her mango milk tea. i ordered green apple milk tea but the aunty gave too much of that syrup so it was very sweet. liyana ordered red tea but the aunty gave her dunno wad tea. it wasnt even sweet at all! like some chinese tea. -,- conclusion : never buy from that stall again. the 3 of us craved for the waffles. so we went to the outside stall bought! liyana and i had the peanut one. char had plain. sat and talked. after a while anthony and robin joined us. they were talking crap. esp anthony. ahhaha! din get wad he was saying. :/ headed home at 5+.

BUT. we almost alighted at the wrong stop. -,- damn ps can! i saw an mrt station.. so i thought it was potiong pasir's.. *presses the bell and walks to the door. in the end? it's some ulu non-operating mrt station.. woodleigh.. damn paiseh! so we went to sit down again. ><"
finally! 2 stops later was the correct one. :] looked at the time. ._. still so early! so we 'missed' the coming train and took the next one. XD kk anw.. reached gbhq at ard 0945? supposed to report at 10. we slacked until about 11+? zz. anw, there was this girl whom i was standing behind. she's really friendly! like can just talk to anyone. there was once where she was talking to the girl beside me.. den i realised they werent from the same coy! :O i thought they knew each other lah! talk until like.. friend friend liddat. =\

when we reached, we got our lunch and after a while fell in and stuff.. tiring xia. hentak until veh long. ohya! our contingent today was damn small! cos alot of them went for the challenge. so like.. less than half the gb people were there.. one big hole in the middle! the contingent was sth like this :

yeah.. im too bored alr. eh the .s arent supposed to be like that! aye nvm.. just imagine that there's one big hole in the middle. haha. neways, it rained for awhile. so we just rotted in the 'hall' area. finished raining, went back for rehearsal again. lols. ohya and i also just realised that ms angeline is really nice and funny. :D

after we were done at bedok camp, went back to gbhq and took mrt to church.. zz.. by the time i reached there they were out alr.. quickly went to change. den off to lisha's house for bbq! ate finish den went up to her house to play 'the strategy game'. quite interesting! haha.

reached home at ard 11+? damn tired. but im still using the com! yay. tmr will be staying at home again. going out with my uncle and aunt [baby too?] for dinner. :B

chatting with daniel online.. the only person that's keeping me awake other than my bro. he's doing some gifts thing. pictures up later?
